1. My family went on a week vacation to California! It was SO fun. We got to go to the beach, Disneyland, Seaport Village and all. (Although, no rick-shaws! Sad.) I even got to touch a Shark! No lie. Luckily, no shark bites.
2. I bought a Love Sac on KSL. Was this one of the highlights of the summer? Sure! I got such a good deal. I LOVE the KSL classifieds. We have been able to find some greats buys on there! Sorry. No picture yet.
3. I went on a trip to Jackson Hole to go white water rafting. SO fun! This was my first time. I was a little nervous to say the least. I love water; I love the ocean, swimming pools, lakes. Any time you add the element of something being able to hit me in the face and knock my teeth out- NERVES! We had a great time. We also go to do some fun hiking into the wind caves and go to Jackson Hole. I love that place.
4. I got to do some of my traditional favorite summer activities: Derbys and Rodeos. Oh man, I love getting to wear the Casino Magic hat every once in a while and slap on a good neck tattoo. This year I was lucky enough to get a shark. Classy! I was even lucky enough (or skilled enough depending on how you look at it) to catch 2 Tooele County Fair T-shirts. WOW! That was one of the more proud moments in my derby life.
5. I got a new nephew! His name is Alec Cefalo and boy he is a cutie. Out of the 5 times I have seen him, he has been asleep 95% of the time. That is ok, I am just jealous of him. He is my sister Andra's baby and I am so happy for her! Yay! In the pic of me with him he has a hold of my gold necklace and didn't let go forever. Hope this is not an early start to loving gold chains!

neck tats, rick-shaws(I just told Caleb the story of the rick-shaw race a few days ago and it is still so funny), and free T-shirts!!! I am so jealous. And who doesn't love a man wearing a gold chain? Maybe you can talk him into it when he gets a little older. Loved the post. I am glad you had such a fun summer. Miss ya.
T, I totally miss you! reading this post made me laugh/smile a LOT! I love Jackson Hole and river rafting, and I about died reading how you were worried about knocking out your teeth. LOL I forgot you were afraid of that. Also, DL for life! Did you steal some diamonds while you were there? Or did you just teach your adorable nephew how to steal gold chains?
